On the heels of debuting the all new Hybrid Ranger (now named Lord Drakkon) in Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers Issue 9, Boom! Studios will be unveiling yet another new Power Ranger: the Mastodon Sentry.
First seen in the comic strip above (posted by IGN), the Mastodon Sentry is a military-style Black Ranger that comprise an army serving Lord Drakkon. The Sentry wields a weapon that combines a military style gun with Zack’s legendary Power Axe.
The Mastodon Sentries, as well as Lord Drakkon’s identity reveal, will take place in Boom! Studios’ Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers Issue 11, on sale January 18.
