Saban’s Power Rangers movie is coming to theaters in China on May 12! And the promotion is beginning with superstar Dimash Kudaibergen.
Kudaibergen is a Kazakhstan musician who launched to Chinese stardom when he became a popular contestant on the Singer 2017 game show. At only 22 years old, Kudaibergen has since gone on to record numerous hit singles.
Now, the popular artist is bringing his popularity to Power Rangers, as the artist recently recorded a cover of the iconic “Go Go Power Rangers” theme song which will be used to promote the Power Rangers movie’s release throughout China. Saban’s Power Rangers movie will be a heavy underdog in China, when it releases one week after Marvel’s highly anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 2. But with international sales in a massive hole, Power Rangers fans worldwide are hoping China can save the day with a strong show of support.
