Hasbro is bringing classic Power Rangers Megazords to life as part of their Playskool Heroes line!
The Playskool Heroes toy line, aimed at younger kids, will begin to release legacy Power Rangers Megazords as playsets – and it’s kicking off with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Power Rangers Wild Force!
The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers line will feature the Red Ranger’s Dragon Thunderzord, included with a mini figurine of the Mighty Morphin Red Ranger. The toy will be 14 inches tall – packed with lights, sounds, projectiles, and animated wings. All of this can be activated right through the Dragon Thunderzord’s tail.
The Red Dragon Thunderzord will release in fall 2019 for $30.
The Power Rangers Wild Force Megazord playset will feature the ability to morph into a Megazord or a “fearsome beast”, included with a mini figuring of the Wild Force Red Ranger.
The set will stand at 2 feet tall, and include light and sounds stemming from the head of the Red Ranger’s Lion Zord. With teeth chomping action, and projectile firing ability from the toy’s shoulder, kids are sure to love this all-inclusive play set.
Plus, kids can use individually sold action figures to interact with the toy’s jail cell, and bird stand.
The toy will retail at $59.99, and release in fall 2019.

The MEGAZORD playset features 2-in-1 morphing action, which gives kids ages 3 and up 2 ways to play—as a mighty Zord or morphed into a fearsome beast with 1 easy step! Sized right for younger Rangers, this 2-foot tall playset lets boys and girls get a grip on huge fun! Kids will love twisting the handle on the Megazord’s shoulder to open the chest and reveal a pop-out lion’s head featuring electronic lights and sounds, as well as chomping action. Fire a projectile from the right shoulder with the push-button activated projectile launcher, or open either shoulder to reveal a platform offering the Red Ranger figure a bird’s eye view of the battle, including a pretend targeting system! Need to keep an eye on the bad guys? Open the Megazord’s right foot to uncover a jail cell. Need some extra help in the battle? Race the Blue Ranger and Raptor Cycle into action down the ramp hidden in the Megazord’s left foot.
